How do I pay with my credit card?

As soon as you check out there is a link on the bottom right where you can securely put in your credit card number without needing a PayPal account – it’s highlighted in the following image.

How are shipping costs calculated?

There is a flat fee of $10 CAD for shipping within Canada for all jewellery orders, and trees are an additional $10 CAD each due to their weight and packaging requirements.

How do you ship packages?

Jewellery is shipped in reinforced bubblewrap packages, regular mail by default.

Trees are shipped in a 12″X12″X12″ box. To ensure the safe arrival of your tree, the base is wrapped in bubble wrap, placed diagonally in the box and filled with recycled newspaper and biodegradable starch peanuts. Decorative rocks for the pot are placed separately in a baggie taped to the bottom of the box.

Please recycle or reuse all materials that your tree is packaged in. The peanuts are biodegradable and non-toxic so you can place them in recycling, the garbage or even wash them down your drain. They’re so safe, you can even eat them but this is not recommended as there is very little nutritional value!
