What if I don’t have a PayPal account? Can I just pay with a credit card?

Yep! Just check out like you would normally, and you’ll get to the page where you have to log in with your PayPal account. There’s a link on the bottom left where you can securely put in your credit card number without needing a PayPal account – it’s highlighted in the following image.

How do you ship packages?

Rings are shipped in bubblewrap packages, regular mail by default. We’ll add an option for express shipping soon!

Trees are shipped in a 12″X12″X12″ box shown in the gallery below. To ensure the safe arrival of your tree, the base is wrapped in bubble wrap, placed diagonally in the box and filled with recycled newspaper and biodegradable starch peanuts. Decorative rocks for the pot are placed separately in a baggie taped to the bottom of the box.

Please recycle or reuse all materials that your tree is packaged in. The peanuts are biodegradable and non-toxic so you can place them in recycling, the garbage or even wash them down your drain. They’re so safe, you can even eat them but this is not recommended as there is very little nutritional value!
